How does a family pass work?
You add multiple people to the pass — either shared entry (everyone arrives at the same time, one tap, whole family enters) or per-person entry (each gets their own NFC ID).
Expiry notification?
The guest gets email notification 7, 3 and 1 days before expiry. One-click renewal.
Transferable?
Yes — guest can transfer to another person (within family or limited transfer). Audit-trailed.
NFC card lost?
One-click block, new card issued. Blocked cards instantly rejected at the gate.
