Pass and ticket through the same gate?
Yes. The reader detects NFC pass or QR ticket and applies the correct entry logic.
What's the capacity counter for?
Real-time occupancy, max-cap alert, COVID rules (if required), hourly traffic report for peaks.
What goes into the audit log?
Every entry / exit, who authorised it, by which ticket/pass. Cashier override is its own category.
